Before founding Mission3, Inc. Dirk held the position of Principal Consultant
and Solution Architect at Arbortext (now PTC), the leader in Dynamic
Enterprise Publishing. Dirk designed and implemented applications for several
fortune 1000 companies including SAP, Schlumberger, HP, and Lockheed Martin.
Dirk architected and implemented some exciting new technology solutions while
at Arbortext - building the first fully automated SVG based pharmaceutical
labeling application which formatted approved labeling content with graphical
symbols to create a print ready file without human intervention ensuring SPL
content flowed through regulatory to product without errors.
Prior to Arbortext, Dirk was a Principal at SeraNova where he implemented
globally deployed Internet Security applications for American Express and 3Com.
Dirk was selected as one of Arizona’s leading innovators in 2008 35
Entrepreneurs Under 35. Dirk is often found speaking at industry trade
events and featured in a variety of industry trade publications.
Dirk received his Bachelors from the University of Michigan.

Christopher Joslin - Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Chris is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Mission3. He has been
charged overall P&L responsibility, in addition to establishing the financial
benchmarks and budgets and executing against them. He is closely aligned with
the VP of Sales by developing the company's strategic marketing plan and
delivering results. In addition to those roles, he is also charged with
developing and implementing the companies Quality initiatives.

Prior to Mission3, Chris was Vice President of Customer Operations at
ATX-CoreComm, a national provider of telecommunication services. There,
he provided day-to-day leadership to the entire customer facing operations
team. Responsible for more than 500 employees spread across multiple
departments, he played a key role in the integration of 32 acquire companies.
He also oversaw two contact centers that handled more than 2 million calls
per year and developed his team into a single world-class organization that
consistently exceeded benchmarked industry standards by financial,
technology, and customer service perspectives.
Chris has his Bachelor and Master's degrees from Michigan State University.

Dhruv Raheja - Solution Architect
As Solution Architect, Dhruv is involved in all stages of the client
experience including pre-sales, engagement planning, implementation,
project management and post-deployment escalation support.

Dhruv advises our customers on their Program Delivery strategy and
definitions of solution architectures that help them achieve their business
objectives using the Mission3 platform. He also provides technical
leadership to our project teams to ensure that customer implementations
leverage Mission3’s best practices to the fullest extent possible.
Internally, Dhruv is constantly engaged with our Engineering team to drive
improvements to our existing products based on customer feedback and also
helps shape our go-to-market strategies.
Prior to joining Mission3, Dhruv was an Associate at Waterstone Management
Group LLC from 2008-09 where he assisted senior Partners in advising
technology clients on business strategy and operations. From 2001-2006,
Dhruv held various consulting and business development positions within
the Professional Services organization at Arbortext / PTC Inc., in the
U.S. as well as in Europe. He has extensive experience implementing
content management solutions for pharmaceutical clients to help serve
their regulatory requirements. Dhruv has an MBA from the University of
Chicago Booth School of Business.

Adair Turner - Employee
Adair Turner, MS, RAC is the Regulatory Affairs Manager at Mission3.
Adair received her BA in Communications from Rutgers University and her
MS in Clinical Research Management from Arizona State University.
Adair has over seven years of experience in Regulatory Affairs and has
worked for companies such as ImClone Systems and Celgene where she led
the planning, review, and delivery of over 200 high-quality regulatory
submission dossiers in support of the development and registration of
anti-cancer compounds worldwide.

to correspondence tracking, document management, electronic publishing
(eCTD), and project/submission management. At Mission3, she provides

Andreas Suchanek - CEO and Founder, Ascapex GmbH
Andreas Suchanek has over 20 years of financial and over 12 years entrepreneurial and
executive management experience. Prior to founding and managing Ascapex since 2010,
Mr. Suchanek was co-founder and Managing Director of Extedo and led the organization’s
spectacular growth from 2003 to 2009. Following the spin-off from its parent company,
he managed the transition to a global software solution company with more than 700
customers in 57 countries. He was instrumental in creating and leading the sales, business
development and financial strategies that resulted in the company’s commercial success.

Prior to Extedo, Andreas served as Vice President Sales and Managing Director at two
venture capital backed software companies in the area of enterprise application integration.
Before his engagement in the software business, Mr. Suchanek worked in the banking
and financial environment. He was the deputy Investment Director and Analyst at the
MWB Wertpapierhandelsbank and prior to that, succeeded in establishing a new corporate
investment department for a cooperative bank.
Andreas Suchanek is currently completing his PhD at the Department of Human and
Economic Sciences at the health & life sciences university UMIT, in Hall/Tyrol (Austria).
His research interest in the course of his doctoral program is in the field of economics and
management in the life sciences sector. He holds a degree in Business Administration (Finance) and is also university lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences “FOM” for corporate finance and investment in Munich, Germany.

for fifteen years in six countries. He speaks English, German and basic
Dutch and lives in the Bavarian countryside south of Munich with his
wife and two kids.
